Yes. We provide detailed photos, clear descriptions, and a specification summary for every product. With our 14-day return guarantee, we will arrange collection free of cost if it doesn't meet your expectations.
No. We do not take holding deposits. When you're happy with the details, we'll prepare the sales agreement, arrange delivery, and guide you through the final payment step from there.
Purchases are completed by bank transfer. If you use a personal loan or third-party finance, that is completely fine as long as the final balance can be paid by cleared bank transfer after the sales agreement is signed.
Yes. Delivery is available to most addresses by transporter, with timing confirmed before payment is completed.
The first 100 miles are free. Beyond that, delivery is typically charged at a UK delivery rate agreed before purchase. We'll confirm the exact cost before you complete payment.
Once payment is confirmed, we typically deliver within 3–5 business days. You'll receive a confirmed date and a morning/afternoon window by email. Our driver will call 30 minutes before arrival.
Delivery is usually the easiest option, especially as the first 100 miles are free. If you have a specific handover preference, tell us when you enquire and we'll confirm what works best for that product.

14 calendar days from the date of delivery or collection. The product must be in the same condition as delivered, unused or as described, and undamaged. See the Returns & Warranty page for full details.
Once we receive the product and confirm eligibility, your full refund is processed within 5 business days back to your original payment method.
Warranty coverage varies by product type and is detailed on each listing page. Where applicable, it covers major mechanical and electrical components. Consumable parts and faults caused by accident damage or misuse are not covered.
A minimum of 12 months, extending up to 24 months for newer or lower-mileage products. The exact period is listed on each product's product page.
Request a callback as soon as the issue arises. We'll confirm whether it's covered and arrange the next steps — whether that's a repair, replacement part, or reimbursement, depending on the product type.
Yes. Extended warranty cover is available through our preferred partner at the time of purchase. Ask us for a quote when you enquire about a specific product.
We do not arrange finance directly, but you are welcome to use your own lender or third-party finance provider. Once your sales agreement and delivery details are in place, the balance can be settled by cleared bank transfer.
